It shall be the Mission of Lake County Housing Services, Inc. to advance the common good and general welfare of the communities and residents of Lake County, Ohio.

In particular, establish, administer or create operating programs to assist all residents of the County.

Promote and improve the quality of life for Lake County residents and businesses by providing affordable housing and commercial construction.

Whether it be a residential or commercial project, we are here for the Community as a whole, offering the Community all phases of affordable, quality construction services.
