"I must admit that after meeting Tony and Donna with Lake County Housing Services, I was skeptical. Sure they acted like nice and honest people, but who does professional quality work on a strangers home for nothing more than a donation?? THEY DO! I had them replace a kitchen faucet and fix a leaky toilet. The work was done timely, conscientiously, clearly and without the attitude of the third party installers of the big box stores. When I asked Tony how much I should donate, his only response was "whatever you want". Having done my research, I knew what a professional plumber charges, (did I mention that Elmer, Tony's father, was a real plumber and not an installer), and went from there. It's true that Lake County Housing Services does excellent work and sometimes for simply a donation. Now we're on to painting, flooring and new countertops while we're at it!!
